Why Repbound

Exercise that feels like playing.

Short bodyweight workouts, counted for you, with a game around them that remembers every rep.

Camera-counted training

Prop up your phone. It counts the reps.

Pick push-ups, squats, or jumping jacks and the app follows each movement through a complete rep — no buttons to tap mid-set. Half reps don’t count.

The camera image is processed on your phone and never uploaded.

Adventure progression

Every workout is a battle on the map.

Travel through eight regions and 48 stages. Hit a stage’s rep target to defeat its foe, earn XP and coins, and open the next step of the path — with a boss waiting at the end of each region.

Building consistency

Small goals that bring you back tomorrow.

Daily and weekly trials reward the reps you were going to do anyway. Streaks mark the days you train, and an optional reminder nudges you at the time you pick.

Daily trials from the Repbound app: Forty reps, Win a battle and Hundred-rep day, each with XP and coin rewards and a progress bar.

Training with friends

Better with a crew.

Add friends with a code or invite link, compare weekly boards, challenge each other to duels, and join a guild to take down a weekly boss together. Messages are preset cheers — there’s no open chat.

How it works

From your living room to the next stage in three steps.

  1. Choose a workout or adventure

Start a campaign battle, work toward a trial, or pick free training with push-ups, squats, or jumping jacks.

  2. Position your phone

Follow the setup guide for that exercise — low and side-on for push-ups, hip height and side-on for squats, facing you for jumping jacks — with your whole body in frame.

  3. Complete reps to progress

Start the countdown and move. Completed reps earn XP and coins, and reaching a battle’s target wins the stage and opens the next one.

Progression and community

Grow a hero. Bring your friends.

  • Level up your hero. Name them, pick a class and flag, and watch XP turn into levels.
  • Gear and skills. Win items from region bosses, spend earned coins in the Bazaar, and unlock skills as you level.
  • Race and duel. Race pace bots or a friend’s past workout, or take on a friend in a duel.
  • Your choice of company. Friends and guilds are optional, with privacy settings, blocking and reporting built in.

FAQ

Good questions.

Which exercises does Repbound support?

Three: full push-ups, squats, and jumping jacks. Variations such as knee push-ups, jump squats, or step jacks aren’t supported.

What do I need to get started?

No weights or gym equipment — just your phone, somewhere to prop it steady (a shelf, a chair, the floor for push-ups), and enough room for the camera to see your whole body. The app shows the right phone height and angle for each exercise before you start.

How does camera counting work? Is it accurate?

Your phone tracks the position of your body and counts a rep only after a full movement — down and back up for a squat or push-up, out and back in for a jumping jack. Partial reps don’t count, and nothing is counted while you’re out of frame.

It isn’t perfect. Lighting, camera angle, loose clothing, or another person in view can cause a missed rep, and counting is still being tuned on real phones. It counts reps; it doesn’t coach or judge your form.

What happens to my camera images and workout data?

Camera frames are processed on your phone while you train. They aren’t recorded, saved, or uploaded.

Workout data is separate. As a guest, your workouts stay on your phone. With an account, workout summaries — such as the exercise, rep count, duration, and result — sync to your account so your progress, trials, and friends features work.

Do I need an account?

No. You can train and try practice battles as a guest. An optional account, which uses your email address to sign in, is needed for the campaign, trials, and friends features, and keeps your progress synced.

When can I get Repbound?

Repbound is being built for iPhone and Android and isn’t in the App Store or Google Play yet. Download links will appear on this page once it’s released.
